Ficoncelle: a fauvist approach (II)
The Terme di Ficoncelle is a very special place located in Civitavecchia, near Rome. “Terme” is the Italian word for thermal baths. I visited them several months ago and was drawn to their unique atmosphere of separation from the world and deep privacy. I felt that these scenes could allow me to improvise using some very special techniques I have developed, letting the colours and ambiance re-emerge and express a truly unique feeling.
